Kuala Lumpur HOP-ON-HOP-OFF City Tour |
|
As part of an expansion and upgrading program as well as to complement the demand for city tour services for tourists, Malaysia's first Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour double decker bus operator has recently added another two buses to its fleet of four.
The Company, Elang Wah Sdn Bhd hopes that with this new addition, the city tour intervals and shuttles between the 22 designated stops will be more efficiently managed. Currently, the bus operation runs on a half-hourly schedule (between 8.30 am-8.30 pm). "We hope to take delivery of more buses this year to complement the city tour service. As such, we hope to reduce the intervals perhaps to 20 minutes or so during the non-peak traffic hour," explains Mr.Syed Azhar Syed Nasir, the Managing Director of Elang Wah Sdn Bhd.
VALUE-ADDED SERVICE
Under this upgrading program, tourists on board the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour buses will now be able to enjoy the state-of-the-art onboard interactive commentary system which is automatically triggered by the Global Positing System (GPS).
